Ami Knowledge is fully configured and maintained by the Ami team. This includes the language it speaks, limitation on the content it can provide (i.e. no-go topics), the style of the responses (formal, short, detailed, etc.), and the goal of Ami Knowledge AI’s answers.

Scope
Make sure Ami Knowledge AI is only answering questions you enable. You can select the pages our assistant should answer based on, and what it should do when content is lacking. If there is information you would not want to display publicly, you can add it to Ami's knowledgebase internally.

By default, Ami Knowledge is primarily based on generative models. It's also possible to deploy the Ami Knowledge AI in a more structured, non-generative environment if needed.
As any generative model, the Ami Knowledge AI can also hallucinate; however, the chances of this is extremely low. Our team deploys several anti-hallucination measures to minimalise the risks of hallucination, and is continuously exploring new methodologies.
It's also possible to deploy Ami Knowledge AI without a built-in generative model, making it possible to completely eliminate hallucinations.Yes, we can integrate Ami Knowledge AI into other solutions if required.
Our Knowledge AI is designed to answer based on the approved content only. This means that Ami Knowledge AI will not cite external, non-approved content.
